Event Disclaimer

Carrier Access IT, LC and/or Carrier Access, Inc. (individually, an “Event Coordinator” and collectively, the “Event Coordinators”) plan to take photographs, audio and/or video during our in-person events, and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Event Coordinator event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.  Event Coordinator may use the photograph/video in their news and/or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website and social media.

By participating in an Event Coordinator event or by failing to notify the Event Coordinator in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used by the Event Coordinator, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Event Coordinators from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness, including, but not limited to, the rights to inspect of approve the final product and any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or compensation for the use of your image.
