Final Notice: Duo CA Certificate Bundle Update Required by March 31, 2026

This is the final reminder that Duo Security’s Certificate Authority (CA) bundle will expire on March 31, 2026. To maintain uninterrupted access to Duo-protected applications, you must update all affected clients and integrations to a supported version before this deadline.

Beginning April 1, 2026, Duo will complete its hard cutover to the new CA bundle. Any outdated Duo applications or integrations that have not been updated will stop working entirely.

Action Required

1. Identify Affected Clients
   Log in to your Duo Admin Panel and navigate to Reports → Unsupported Clients Log to find any applications still using the expiring CA bundle.

2. Update Software
   Update all identified applications to at least the minimum supported version specified in the Guide to Update Duo Software. 

Note: If you are already a current CAIT Managed Services Customer, our team has proactively assisted your environment to ensure readiness before the cutover. No further action is required on your part.
